This competition is run by Amka Products (Pty) Ltd (“Amka”).
- This competition is open to individuals who are residents or citizens of Botswana, aged 18 years and older, with a valid ID document and a verifiable delivery address. This excludes Amka employees, their advertising agencies, sales agents and their immediate families.
- This competition is limited to selected Spar retail stores across Botswana.
- Winners under the age of 18, i.e. minors, must be accompanied by a legal guardian with a valid ID to claim the prize on their behalf.
- The competition commences on 15 September 2025 and closes at 12:00am on 26 October 2025.
- Participants cannot win in this competition if they have won a prize from any of the participating brands within the past 12 months prior to 15 September 2025.
- This competition applies only to the purchase of any 2 products from the following participating brands: 6.1 Mousson 6.2 Satiskin 6.3 Clere 6.4 Clere for Men 6.5 Bodidoc
- To enter, participants will be required to: 7.1 Buy any 2 products from the participating brands listed above; 7.2 Fill in their details on the till slip; and 7.3 Drop the completed till slip into the in-store entry box at participating Spar stores in Botswana.
- Participants stand a chance to win P2500 in Spar vouchers each week for 6 weeks and a grand prize of P10 000. The total prize pool is P25 000. Expiry dates can be found on the vouchers.
- The weekly random prize draws will take place as follows: 9.1 The first weekly random prize draw will take place on 22 September 2025, following the end of the first week of the promotion. 9.2 Subsequent weekly draws will be conducted on 29 September 2025, 6 October 2025, 13 October 2025, and 20 October 2025. 9.3 The final draw will take place on 27 October 2025, after the promotion closes on 26 October 2025.
- Weekly winners will be notified within 72 hours of the relevant draw, subject to verification. Winners’ prizes will be fulfilled within 15 (fifteen) working days of verification.
- Winners will be notified and verified telephonically on the phone number provided on their entry. Each participant is obliged to enter the competition using a phone number that is owned by and registered to that participant. No person can use another person’s phone number for competition entry purposes.
- Amka reserves the right to disqualify a winner if they cannot be reached telephonically after three (3) attempts, or if they do not provide the requested verification details within 48 hours of being contacted. In such cases, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
- Prizes are not transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
- With a participant’s consent, Amka and/or its agents may collect, store, and process their personal information strictly for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Botswana. This may include sharing such information with suppliers or service providers necessary for fulfilling prizes, who will be bound by the same confidentiality obligations.
- Amka reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to vary, suspend, postpone, withdraw or amend this competition, including prizes or any aspect thereof, for any reason whatsoever, including in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control and without notice.
- Except as provided for in Botswana’s consumer protection legislation, the judges’ decision on all matters arising out of the competition will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering the competition and/or accepting the prize, participants and winners hereby unconditionally and irrevocably indemnify and hold harmless Amka, the organisers, their directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, acceptance of the prize, and/or the use of any prize awarded, save in the event of Amka’s gross negligence or wilful intent.
- Amka will not be held liable for any participant that provides incomplete or incorrect details and any technical issues beyond its control.
- All information relating to this competition and published on any promotional material shall form part of the terms and conditions of entry.
