This competition is run by Amka Products (Pty) Ltd (“Amka”).
  1. This competition is open to individuals who are residents or citizens of Botswana, aged 18 years and older, with a valid ID and a verifiable delivery address. The competition excludes Amka employees, their advertising agencies, sales agents, and their immediate families.
  1. The competition commences on 26 October 2025 and closes at 12:00am on 12 December 2025.
  2. This competition is limited to selected Zaka retail stores across Botswana.
  1. This competition applies only to the purchase of any product from the following participating brands:
    • Satiskin
    • Clere
    • Clere for Men
    • Bodidoc
    • Playboy
    • Playgirl
  2. To enter, participants will be required to:
    • Buy any participating product listed above during the promotion period.
    • WhatsApp “Zaka” to +26774798484 and follow the prompts.
    • Keep your till slip as proof of purchase for verification.
    • Standard WhatsApp rates will apply.
  3. Entries are limited to five (5) per cell phone number and five (5) per person per month. A person can only win one (1) prize for the duration of the competition. Participants must use a phone number registered in their own name.
  1. Participants stand a chance to win P2,500 in cash each week for six (6) weeks. The total prize pool is P25,000 in cash, which includes weekly prizes of P2,500 and one (1) Grand Prize of P10,000.
  2. The random prize draws will take place as follows: 8.1 The first weekly random prize draw will take place on 31 October 2025, following the end of the first week of the promotion. 8.2 Subsequent weekly draws will be conducted on 7 November 2025, 14 November 2025, 21 November 2025, 28 November 2025, and 5 December 2025. 8.3 The Grand Prize draw will take place on 15 December 2025, after the promotion closes on 12 December 2025.
  3. Weekly winners will be notified within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant draw, subject to verification.
  4. Winners will be required to provide their valid ID, proof of purchase (till slip), and a valid Botswana bank account in order to receive their prize.
  5. Winners will be notified and verified telephonically on the phone number provided on entry. Each participant is obliged to enter the competition using a phone number that is owned by and registered to that participant. No person may use another person’s phone number for competition entry purposes.
  6. Amka reserves the right to disqualify a winner if they cannot be reached telephonically after three (3) attempts, or if they fail to provide the requested verification details within forty-eight (48) hours of being contacted. In such cases, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
  7. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be converted to any other form.
  8. With a participant’s consent, Amka and/or its agents may collect, store, and process their personal information strictly for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Botswana. This may include sharing such information with suppliers or service providers necessary for fulfilling prizes, who will be bound by the same confidentiality obligations.
  9. Amka reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to vary, suspend, postpone, withdraw, or amend this competition, including prizes or any aspect thereof, for any reason whatsoever, including in the event of unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control, and without notice.
  10. Except as provided for under Botswana’s consumer protection legislation, the judges’ decision on all matters arising out of the competition will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. By entering the competition and/or accepting the prize, participants and winners hereby unconditionally and irrevocably indemnify and hold harmless Amka, the organisers, their directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from and against any actions, claims, and/or liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, acceptance of the prize, and/or the use of any prize awarded, save in the event of Amka’s gross negligence or wilful intent.
  12. Amka will not be held liable for any participant that provides incomplete or incorrect details, nor for any technical issues beyond its control.
  13. All information relating to this competition and published on any promotional material shall form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  14. By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  15. This competition shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Botswana.
